About Maria

Maria was born and raised in Kansas City, her expertise is in buying and selling investment properties but she can also find you your dream home. She works with a variety of clients, some have never owned real estate and some have mixed large portfolios. She began her real estate journey in 2015 when she bought her first house hack. Since then Maria and her husband, Lane, have continued buying rental properties and currently have a portfolio mixed with long and short term rentals all over the KC metro. Prior to jumping into the real estate world Maria was a travel ICU nurse that lived in an RV full time with her husband, pup and cat. During her travels she lived in Washington DC, Albuquerque, New Mexico and Northern California. In 2022, Maria had her first child, a baby girl named Penelope. With this major life adjustment she and her husband decided to move back to Kansas City and both transition into a full-time career in real estate. Even though they are not living in the RV anymore, her family still explores as much as they can!
